Welcome to Wild Breath!

Let me introduce myself. I am a proud mom, sister & self-discovery enthusiast. I also have a serious case of wanderlust, a passion for community, and an undying love for coffee. I am a Women’s Clarity Coach & Breathwork Facilitator, and did I mention I'm a forever student? Yep, I'm constantly learning and growing.

Let me get real with you, in my mid 40's, like many women, I entered a new season of life and I felt less confident, lacking motivation and struggling to figure out my identity in this new phase. My kids were grown, I was divorced and I was no longer inspired at work. I was so used to being defined by my roles as a mom, wife, hairdresser, business owner, etc, that I didn't know how to just be Shannon.

Through breathwork, movement, exploring the world and an aligned community, I was inspired to take a deep dive into my life. I discovered a whole new level of connection to ME and I reignited my inner knowing (aka intuition). This deep connection has spilled over into all of my relationships, making them stronger and deeply authentic. And now, I'm on a mission to share these life-changing tools with other women going through their life transition's.

I blended structure & intuition into a powerful, proven curriculum, then I gathered multiple modalities to create a "toolbox". Now, the really fun part, I created spaces where women feel safe to peek into this toolbox, and ask themselves, "Which tools do I want to try out?" This helps them craft their very own bag of tricks, using their own intuition. I'm here to cheer them on, be their rock, keep them on track, and offer them self-exploration & adventure with a community.

My approach

Wild Breath is my style of teaching, my methodology.

I create personalized healing experiences through private & group programs, workshops & retreats, by combining curated coaching, breath, movement, sound & prompts. It can be as gentle or dynamic as you need. You choose.

I provide an opportunity to ask & listen to what your body and spirit need. I have found that the Wild Breath technique allows for so much freedom for your body to uncover, make peace with, and release buried emotions and stuck energy, at your pace.

It’s an invitation to get honest about how your life “feels” in your body. To notice what parts of you need attention.

Wild Breath is a space to see what old stories, limitations and blocks you have been clinging to AND allow you to honor the journey while letting go.

Being trained and certified in multiple transformational modalities and specifically Trauma Informed Breathwork has really given me a lens of autonomy towards my clients. I give choices, options, information and I allow my client to move as quickly, slowly, gently or powerfully as they feel ready. I guide, hold space, encourage but never force. I encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone, but not past your safety zone.

Your body and inner wisdom will let you know when to push forward or when to sit and process.
