What is
Breathwork?
Breathwork is gentle yet powerful, ancient practice that uses conscious breathing to ground, energize, nourish and empower you. It’s profoundly healing and incredibly simple.
Breathing consciously allows you to regulate your nervous system intentionally, putting your mind & body in a relaxed state, an energized state and ultimately a neutral state. It can bring higher states of awareness and a deep reconnection to self and to Spirit. It’s a beautiful practice of science & magic.
When we carve out time and space to breathe consciously, our physical, mental and energetic bodies are given the opportunity to heal.

What you can
expect.
Each session whether private or group will always begin with a rundown of the entire process. Basically, you will sit or lie down in a comfortable, supportive space and be offered one or more breathwork patterns. You will be guided with music, prompts, an invitation to make sounds or movements. We will also discuss intentions for your session. You always have the choice to breathe dynamically or to be more gentle with your breath. You are given options throughout the entire experience, so you can really make it your own. There is no way you can do it wrong!
No two people have the same experience and no two sessions will be the same for you. However, you will always feel more relaxed, rested and connected to yourself.
Breathwork is best practiced on an empty stomach
Practice in a space where you are comfortable to release emotion
Comfy clothing is suggested
Body temperature fluctuates, blankets recommended
Eye masks are always nice.
Your breath is your life force
Most of us generally take our breath for granted. When we consider that life starts with our first breath and ends with our last breath, it kind of reminds us that our breath IS life.
Your breath is your life force.
Maybe your breath controls more than you think.
