Let me introduce myself. I'm Shannon—breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and embodied astrologer. I'm also a proud mom, forever student, coffee enthusiast, and someone who deeply believes in the power of community and self-discovery.

I guide burnt out, stressed out, overwhelmed people into calmer, clearer, more aligned chapters of life. And I do it through a combination of three powerful practices: breathwork, effortless meditation, and embodied astrology.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, I offer you a toolbox of practices and create safe spaces where you get to explore which tools resonate with YOU. Through Wild Breath and Effortless Meditation, we regulate your nervous system so you can actually think clearly and feel grounded. Through embodied astrology, you understand your unique blueprint—your natural strengths, tendencies, and how you're wired—so you stop fighting against yourself and start making aligned choices.

I've been through my own life transitions—the kind that shake your foundation and force you to figure out who you are when all your roles shift. That's how I know this work isn't just theory. It's deeply practical, tested-in-real-life stuff that actually creates lasting change.

My approach combines structure with intuition. I give you proven techniques and frameworks, then I ask the right questions that help YOU discover what resonates. I'm not here to tell you what to do—I'm here to support you in reconnecting to your own inner knowing, building your confidence, and creating a life that actually fits who you are.
